Nothing is so mysterious and wonderful than human Life. It is so fascinating to know that we are composed of trillions of cells and each cell intelligently provide structure to the body. How the whole system functions in harmony is just amazing!! At times we wonder “do we need to look for miracles, when life itself is a miracle!”. Staying healthy, blissful and happy is a natural state but unfortunately misery; disease and agony are the reality for most of the people. Why make life a struggle, when it can be celebrated? You just need a little alertness, just a little understanding to experience optimal health and to celebrate life.
Is there someone who likes to be admitted in the hospital? Of course not…..We absolutely dislike the thought…..We understand the importance of Health but postpone our efforts in that direction. We all know “Prevention is better than cure and also prevention is cheaper than cure”, still hardly few are interested in Prevention.
Nobody likes to age, but it is the law of Life. Life will not postpone our ageing process; so, why postpone our efforts to live a healthy and happy life.
Good Health is the biggest gift of God. “Cherishing the gift is cherishing the giver”. You all “know it” but the question is: “Are you living by it?”
Probably a handful of people only live by it. You don’t have to feel old at any age. It’s never too late to add energy to life.

Physical Well-being: The human body is an amazing piece of art. Taking care of it and be thankful to it is our responsibility. Our body is a miniature of universe. But in today’s dynamic and demanding world, it’s often difficult for people to balance the work, family, and community with the need to take time out for body. The body has to be loved –you have to be a great friend. You need to remember that it is in your service day in, day out. Even when you are asleep your body is working for you.
But We live in the world full of temptations! Environment pollution, our unhealthy food habits, poor quality of food, as well as your own fast and stressed life style is taking a toll on your physical well-being.
Half of the disease you hear are lifestyle diseases and can be easily prevented. What’s interesting in your body is that it changes every moment, as new cells are produced. Science suggests that this process gives you a unique chance to erase mistakes that you have made in the past. You can do it by adopting healthy eating habits, regular exercise, meditation, nurturing healthy thoughts, by detoxification, use of antioxidants, dietary supplements and adopting Ayurveda. Day to day small simple steps can have a massive impact on your overall well-being.
When you don’t love and respect your body, toxins get built in different parts of your body, and body loses its resistance and immunity, It become more prone to fatigue and diseases.
Emotional Well-Being– Every time you have a thought or you feel an emotion your brain releases chemicals. There are many chemical changes that keep happening within your body. You need to nurture healthy thoughts and feel your emotions deeply to form the right mental chemistry. Poor mental chemistry can lead to many health challenges. Weak thoughts victimize us mentally, physically and emotionally. Empowering thoughts fills us with energy, love, passion and compassion. It is your responsibility to educate mind continuously on harboring empowering thoughts. Mind does not understand negative and positive emotion. All emotions are given for a reason. You cannot become a machine and deny your emotions. You can only exercise a choice in regard to how you feel and express your emotions. Your mind understands deep and shallow emotions. How you feel most of the time are your deep emotions and you manifest life as per your deep emotions.
All suppressed emotions will accumulate into emotional baggage. Emotional baggage can lower energy level and make body diseased. Suppressed emotions will manifest as aches, pains, heart ailments, ulcers, diabetes, hypertension and even deadly disease like cancer but the good news is as a human being- the supreme of all the creations, we you can change, evolve higher. Who hasn’t suffered rejection, betrayal, hardships, failure, shame, guilt, pain and sorrow to some degree? Learn to forgive and forget and be more compassionate to yourself.
Love and Forgiveness heals and cures. Adopt the lifestyle called gratitude and Nourish your faith. Get your Emotions right, thus get your health right.
Intellectual Wellbeing- Choose your surroundings and environment carefully, as every person, friend, family, books, media and culture has a bearing on your body, mind and soul. Mahatma Gandhi rightly said: “Don’t see bad, Don’t listen bad, Don’t Speak bad” Our brain is a very powerful software and a small virus can damage a powerful software. Life is too short and precious to be wasted. Life must be a vibrating passion, a tremendous energy. So choose your association carefully as association matters a lot.
Spiritual Wellbeing: Reconnection with your heart and soul. Love yourself from the roots and not from the surface. Respect Life, revere life. There is nothing more holy than life, nothing more divine than life. Become sensitive, you will become more human which will create more softness, more gratitude. Be true to yourself, Don’t listen to outside advice, listen to inside whisper, only in whispering it gives you message , in case you are alert you will understand them. Find sometime for yourself, it will give you a deeper insight into yourself. You will be able to enjoy optimal health; you will be more artistic, more graceful. If you really want to be healthy, you have to connect with self.
Social Well-being: Never wear a mask, pretentions involves extra efforts and consumes more time and additional energy. Be courageous enough to be yourself.
Accept your nature, your style. Don’t compare as we all are unique and different. Always be original, Life is really beautiful when we are original. Genuine appearance excels peace in life. The society also loves and likes the real one. Any false presentation done to impress others put you into problem sooner or later. Such outward show increases stress and anxiety in your life, the entire body revolts and you are at dis-ease. Be the best version of yourself. The real freedom is to be what you are. Shift focus from artificiality to reality.
Proactively working on all the five dimensions will grant you good health, energy, increased activity, freedom from stress and disease, quality time with family and friends, freedom to indulge in your hobbies, and will lead to graceful growing and ageing.
Postponing and giving excuses will not help, tomorrow never comes, and right time is here and now.
