Healthcare providers need to develop a mindset to educate patientsand their family, They must encourage open and transparent communication, evidence based messaging , and testimonials from individuals who have been benefitted from preventive care. There is need to advocate for workplacepolicies that support preventive healthcare, such as flexible scheduling for appointments and wellness programs. Promote the concept of “health breaks” and encourage individuals to prioritise their health by setting realistic goals and making incremental changes.
